Due to our clear vocation as public works constructors, we also develop our activity in the area of building construction. We build different types of health centres, educational centres, sports centres and administrative centres. As in the case of civil works, this experience has allowed us to participate in some large temporary joint venture projects over the last years; such as the 9 de Octubre administrative complex, or the remodelling of Tinglados 4 and 5 in the Port of Valencia.

The rehabilitation of old buildings deserves a special mention. In the past years we have worked on the Convent of Santa Úrsula, currently the University of San Vicente Mártir, or the Faculty of Medicine of San Carlos Borromeo.
